Valarie lives in Pataskala, Ohio, with a strong academic and professional background in nursing. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and her Master’s in Nursing, specializing in Family Practice, from Otterbein University in 2014. She also holds certifications in wound care and dementia care and recently published a caregiver’s guide for dementia.

Karen Posey
APRN, CNP, MSN, BS Ed
Karen Posey is a Family Care Nurse Practitioner based in Zanesville, OH, with a focus on cardiology since 2015. She earned her Master’s in Nursing from Wheeling Jesuit University and holds dual undergraduate degrees in Education and Nursing from Ohio State University and Mount Carmel College of Nursing.

Megan
Megan is excited to join Livingwell as a primary care provider, with a focus on women’s health.She earned her bachelor of science in nursing from Capital University in 2016 and master of science in nursing from the University of Cincinnati in 2020. Prior to Livingwell. Megan has many years of experience as an emergency room nurse and as a family nurse practitioner with a focus on geriatric primary care in the Columbus area. She is excited to help provide quality healthcare.
She lives in Marengo. Oh with her husband lance langel, who originates from Pataskala, their daughter Hudson, and two goldendoodles. Outside of work you can catch her spending time with family and friends, traveling to new places or doing puzzles for fun.
Megan has a passion for connecting with others. Especially women navigating midlife and their fertility journey. This was inspired by her own four year long battle with infertility before welcoming her daughter, Hudson.
